Armand Sibony is President of Convergent Capital.
Armand has more than 20 years experience in finance and general management of technology companies. He led audit and consulting activities at PriceWatersHouse Coopers and Sema Consulting in France and North America. He led a successful LBO, led the successful turnaround of Lectra (publicly traded software company) and led international development at Communication et Systèmes.
He has also been a director at Elkan bank and an investment director at Euris investment fund.
Armand graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and is a CPA.
